Estoppel Request
If you are a title company and would like to request an estoppel letter, please fill out the following form completely and click Submit. In addition, if you would like us to fill out a specific form with your estoppel letter, please e-mail the form to info@dwdpm.com or fax it to 800.759.1820. Estoppel letters are usually processed and sent within 48 hours of your request. If you need a "rush" placed on your estoppel request, please e-mail info@dwdpm.com.
The estoppel processing fee for this service is $150.00. This includes updates if necessary.
