In 2018, we established DWD Professional Landscaping, LLC with the mission of providing essential maintenance services to our communities. Our offerings include landscaping, pool cleaning, and maintenance services, recognizing the importance of maintaining exterior aesthetics. Thoughtful landscaping design and beautification and the maintenance of our common areas are vital elements that not only enhance the appeal of our communities but also contribute to increasing property values. These services are offered in addition to our management services and are performed exclusively upon request by the Board of Directors.
